As you may know, in December we announced changes to our live chat and support service. This meant that support would be greatly reduced via our live chat service.

From the 1st February 2021, our Live Chat Support will be back once again and fully available for support queries as before. We would kindly ask that it is not abused or used as your first port of call. However, we do understand that it may be much easier for yourself to communicate with us via this method and that some queries ideally require live chat support.

We would like to thank you for your patience. It is very much appreciated.

As a further update, we will soon be launching a new platform to help those with their social media marketing activities. We will let you know soon once this is ready.
