We wanted to let you know that we have had tons of feedback from our clients in relation to providing alternative payment methods. It has taken some time, but we have now made it happen.

The payment methods now available are; PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card and Direct Debit. These are all available as of today for new and existing accounts. These can be chosen on your invoice when due, or just ask us to update your account now. Furthermore, we have changed the way new orders are setup. As a trial period, all orders will now be setup automatically regardless of completed payment. This is in keeping with our Instant Setup feature on all packages. This allows our clients, and new clients, to setup straightaway and test the services on offer before making payment. This applies to web hosting accounts only, domain names will not be registered unless the invoice is fully settled. However, payment must be made within 7 days of account setup to avoid suspension of that account.

We hope this helps and makes it a much easier experience to purchase more hosting packages. You can also add funds to your account within your Client Area so you never worry about missing a payment.
